DIH invests $12 mn in Hyderabad project

Private equity firm Duet India Hotels Ltd (DIH) has pumped in $12 mn in a five-star hotel project in Hyderabad.

The project, being developed at Gachibowli, comprises 210 rooms. The total investment for the project is $26 mn. DIH will raise the remaining amount using the debt route. The firm will invest another $25 mn in a hotel project in Bengaluru.
