Kinetic, Italian co to form JV for engg services for infra projects

The engineering services division of the Kinetic Group, Kinetic Communications, has entered into a 50:50 joint venture with an Italian Group FG Tecnopolo to provide design, architectural and detailed engineering services for large infrastructure projects in India. The joint venture, Kinetic FG Tecnopolo, will set up an engineering centre in Pune at an outlay of Rs 1 crore.
