LNG terminal to come up at Ennore

The Petroleum Ministry is negotiating with the state administration to set up a LNG (liquefied natural gas) terminal and a power plant at Ennore. The proposed project entails an outlay of Rs 10,000 crore and will be developed by Indian Oil Corporation and the state-run Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation (Tidco).
