Lords Hotels and Resorts, a mid-market hotel chain is investing Rs 125 crore in an upcoming wellness resort in Karnataka´s Shimoga district. Spread across 11 acre, the greenfield project will have up to 200 rooms near the banks of the Tunga River. The project will have a partial opening by early next year and will be completed by 2017.
