More infra-projects for Maharashtra

Considering the upcoming Maharashtra elections, several highway and power projects in the state will be announced soon by the Government. This was announced recently during the function to lay foundation stone for the four-lane Solapur Maharashtra-Karnataka border project of NH-9 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Modi Government has mandated the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to implement the National Highways Development Project (NHDP). The NH-9 connects Maharashtra with Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
