500 homes allotted in CHD Karnal Homes

CHD Karnal Homes, a project by CHD Developers, under Haryana Government´s Affordable Housing Policy 2013, allotted 500 units through draw of lots in Phase-I. CHD Karnal Homes is Karnal´s only project launched under Haryana Government´s Affordable Housing Scheme 2013. The project was launched in January 2015 with a starting price of Rs 13.35 lakh. The project will have one and two BHK units and will be a gated complex located on 24 m wide sector road. Each tower will have an elevator, which adds to the convenience of the residents; and the entire project has been designed to make it disabled-friendly.
