For instance, the 36 Carat is a five-star-rated project. It comprises 36 apartments distributed across two towers of 10 floors each and each basic unit will be of 2,820 sq ft. Customers can opt for a duplex unit which would be 4,430 sq ft. The average price is around Rs 12,500 a sq ft with apartments ranging between Rs 3.5 crore and Rs 5.5 crore. These will be ‘smart homes’ with building automation for energy savings.
