Ambuja Realty to invest Rs 900 cr in East India

Ambuja Realty is planning to launch office projects worth Rs 900 crore over the next three to four years in East India. Two of these proposed projects will include business parks of 5 lakh sq ft and 1.5 sq ft at Salt Lake Sector-V in Kolkata. These will entail investments of Rs 200 crore and Rs 60 crore respectively. Other commercial projects by the company include an integrated mall, hotel and office space project at Siliguri at a proposed investment of Rs 250 crore, shopping mall and commercial space projects at Patna and Raipur (Rs 150 crore) and a 2.5 lakh sq ft business park at Haldia (Rs 70 crore).
