Applewoods township bags AUDA dvpt approval

One of the largest integrated township projects in Ahmedabad, Applewoods has received the ‘Development Approval’ from AUDA. Spread across 128 acre, the township comprises a development area of 9 mn sq ft. At a projected investment of Rs 3,000 crore, Applewoods will have around 400 bungalows, 3,500 varied sized apartments and 1 mn sq ft of corporate space.
