Ascott to open 1,400 serviced homes in India

Ascott Ltd plans to open 1,400 apartment units in India in the next couple of years.The company recently launched about 300 units across two properties in Bengaluru and Chennai.Currently it has five other properties with over 1,100 apartment units under development in Bengaluru,Chennai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. Besides increasing its presence in these four cities, the company plans to expand into New Delhi, Mumbai and Pune.
