BIDPL sets up Rs 125 cr housing units

Brisk Infrastructure & Developers (BIDPL) has started the construction of a Rs 125 crore residential complex in Gurgaon, whose design and ambience is based on the Zen philosophy. The project is spread over around 12.5 acre with a built-up area of 6.5 acre. It will consist of five 13-storey towers with a total of 264 units with a base price of Rs 3,850 per sq ft. The apartment sizes will range from 1,700 sq ft to 2,622 sq ft.One tower will offer four-bedroom apartments, while another will offer three-bedroom apartments. The remaining three towers will consist of three-bedroom plus store apartments.
