BMS Realty buys Keppel Magus for $15 mn

BMS Realty has acquired Keppel Magus Development, which is developing a housing project Elita Garden Vista in New Town, Kolkata. This project has an enterprise value of Rs 150 crore and an equity value of around Rs 90 crore ($15 mn). The project is a premium residential project spread across 25 acre in New Town Rajarhat on the outskirts of Kolkata. It offers 2/3 BHK apartments and the first phase has been completed. The new owners of the project intend to complete the remaining two phases.
