Blackstone-Embassy JV to invest Rs.5,000 cr

Blackstone´s Indian real estate JV Embassy Office Parks will invest $750 mn, or around Rs 5,000 crore, in the next three years as technology services boost office space absorption in cities such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune. The equal JV between Blackstone and Embassy Group will build an additional 16.5 mn, sq ft of office supply across the four cities, mostly through debt financing.
