Focusing on growing its commercial real estate space, Blackstone Group is looking to acquire an IT SEZ in Noida.

The SEZ Oxygen Boulevard worth Rs 600 crore is owned by 3C company and spreads across 25 acre. The global company is already in the process of closing a Rs 1,050 crore deal with Milestone Capital in Mumbai.
