Eastern India´s tallest residential tower in Kolkata

Kolkata-based Mani Group, Diamond Group and Alcove Realty, along with Bengaluru-based Sattva Group, have formed a consortium to build one of India´s tallest residential buildings, The 42, on Chowringhee in Kolkata. Located at 42B Chowringhee Road, The 42 will be 240-m-high, a 60-floor residential tower with a single generously-sized bungalow apartment on every floor. Spread over 3.55 acre, The 42 will comprise a single residential tower and a separate multilevel car park block, offering ample space open-to-sky, aesthetically landscaped with water features. The apartment sizes will range between 7,780 sq ft to 7,815 sq ft with a clear ceiling height of 3.50 m
