Equinox Realty to invest Rs 4,000 cr in residential projects

Equinox Realty, the property development arm of Essar Group, plans to invest around Rs 4,000 crore to develop residential units across the country. The company will launch 1.4 million sq ft of residential projects in Bengaluru in the last quarter of the calendar year and a housing project of 1 million sq ft in Thane in the next one year.
