Ferns Estates forays into hospitality business

Ferns Estates and Developers has now forayed into luxury time share hospitality segment. Rosetta by Ferns, the company's first of the five projects, is a 100-acre luxury resort at Sakleshpur, Karnataka. Over the next three years, the firm will invest over $100 mn to build projects across Sakleshpur, Chikkaballapur, Coorg and Bandipur in Karnataka, and Yercaud in Tamil Nadu.
