HDFC Property Fund invests in Bengaluru

HDFC Property Fund has invested Rs 50 crore for a 21 per cent stake in Bengaluru-based Fortuna Projects’ SPV, which has been formed for two of the latter’s projects that will be launched in the next few months. Fortuna North City, over 16.5 acre, will see development of 2.1 mn sq ft near Yelahanka and will comprise a business park, a hotel and 1.4 mn sq ft of residential space. The other project will come up on 4.5 acre at Sahakar Nagar.
