HDIL gets nod for slum rehabilitation

Housing Development & Infrastructure Ltd (HDIL) has received the government's approval for the Mumbai slum rehabilitation programme. The estimated cost of the project is around Rs 2,000 crore. The company has also received approval for the Santacruz West rehabilitation project, which has 1.2 mn sq ft of sale area and 0.7 mn sq ft of rehabilitation area.
