Hines to invest $125 mn in housing projects

With an aim to tap the huge demand for mid-income homes, US-based realty firm-Hines has plans to invest $250 mn in various housing projects across India. Till date, the company has constructed three commercial buildings spread across 1.5 mn sq ft in Gurgaon. Hines has entered into a JV with an international finance company to invest in residential developments across Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai and Delhi-NCR.
