Ireo launches maiden project

Ireo, India's first and the largest FDI investor in to the real estate sector has launched ‘Ireo NuSpark', its first residential project in Sohna, Gurgaon. Located in Sector 4, this group housing development comprises two and three BHK residential towers ,which will be among the first residential projects in India to supply drinkable tap water supply, through a project-level centralised water treatment plant. Further, a centralised Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) will ensure 24 x 7 fluctuation-stabilised power.
