JDA plans six housing schemes

Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) will launch six residential schemes and one farm house scheme in which a total of 7,256 plots will be developed on around 7.86 lakh sq m land and will have 2,885 plots, which will be located in Kodar village of Sanganer Tehsil. Avaniya village of the same tehsil will have 2,057 plots of the residential scheme - the second highest largest - and will be developed on 6.86 lakh sq m as part of the scheme, 126 plots in Dayalpura village of Sanganer, 944 plots in Beed Ramchandrapura at Phagi Tehsil, 713 plots Achanchukya, 380 plots in Jaijasrajpura of Sanganer and 151 plots in Bagruwala of Sanganer.
