Lodhas to raise Rs 1,000 cr through PE for tallest tower in Mumbai

Lodha Developers, is planning to raise Rs 1,000 crore through private equity for the Rs 2,000 crore tallest residential tower planned in Mumbai. Lodha Developers will roll out 300 residential apartments generating revenue of about Rs 5,000 crore. The project is scheduled for completion in 2014.
