Southern Investments has launched limited edition luxury homes - Rio Vista - in Kochi. The company, which has a strong presence in Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, is currently developing about 13.33 lakh sq ft. Additionally, projects worth Rs 25.10 crore are in the discussion and planning stage. That said, in the next five years, the company plans to develop projects worth Rs 398 crore.
