Neotown pre-certified IGBC’s Green Township Silver rating

Neotown by Patel Realty in Bengaluru is one of the first few township projects to be pre-certified by the IGBC. The township has been awarded the prestigious IGBC Green Township Silver pre-certification for its mixed-land use and integrated development. Neotown met criteria including preservation of existing trees and water bodies, energy efficiency in infrastructural equipment, construction waste reduction, etc.
