Olympeo Infrastructure launches affordable housing

Olympeo Infrastructure has launched its first project Olympeo Riverside in Neral, an integrated affordable township offering 1/2 BHK apartments spread across 25 acre on the banks of Ulhas River, planned and designed by architect Hafeez Contractor. The project, offering more than 1,500 units, has a 5-acre sports arena, primary school, shopping plaza, club house and green spaces. Other features are water and sewage treatment plant, rainwater harvesting, garbage recycling and alternative source of energy like solar power.
