Paramount Group of Companies has commenced work on Rs 400 crore housing project in Noida and is slated for completion in next 30 months. The project will comprise 1,500 dwelling units and is spread over 12 acre.Paramount is currently developing a 1,200-unit housing project in the Crossings Republic Township in Ghaziabad, which is being developed by seven realty firms. Besides, it is scouting for land in the NCR to launch a new residential project. Besides housing, the company is also developing a luxury hotel in partnership with Ajnara, within the Crossings Republic township, at an investment of Rs 60 crore.
