Plama to raise Rs 200 cr

Mangalore-based Plama Developers plans to raise Rs 200 crore for close to 12 projects. Plama is planning to develop six mn sq ft in the next two years. The company is looking to set up three residential projects in Bengaluru, two in Kerala, one in Chennai and the rest in Mangalore. It is also setting up a 1.5 mn sq ft mall in Mangalore and an 800,000 sq ft mall in Kozhikode. The company has eight running projects at present.
