Pride Group launches mega township

The Pride Group has launched Pride World City, a mega township in Pune. Spread over 400 acre, the development of the city and infrastructure involves a total investment of Rs 6,500 crore. The city will be divided into 14 sectors and includes 25 mn sq ft of built-up area, of which 20 mn sq ft has been allocated for 20,000 residential units. Pride World City´s first phase will be ready for possession in two years.
