Puranik to launch three new projects

Mumbai-based Puranik Builders has announced plans to launch three new residential projects within the first two quarters of 2012 in Thane, Pune and Lonavala, respectively. While the over-all project value of these will be to the tune of Rs 1,000 crore, the company plans to invest Rs 700 crore in these over a span of three years.
