RICS and CREDAI to promote professional skills

At its 12th National Convention, CREDAI alongwith RICS  announced a joint initiative " 'RICS-CREDAI Skills Development Initiative' to address the training needs of professionals engaged in the real estate and construction sector in the country. These programmes are offered in areas of  quantity surveying, property valuation, construction project management, building control and inspection, corporate real estate and facilities management, etc.
