Realterm bags DHL as first tenant for its logistics park

The global logistics and express shipper, DHL will be the first tenant in IndoSpace Chakan in Pune. The 100 acre industrial and logistics park was developed at a cost of Rs 400 crore by Realterm Everstone Development Management. The project will develop about 1.7 mn sq ft and is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2013.
