Realty prices in Delhi NCR up 10-45%
Property prices in Delhi continue to move upwards despite signs of stagnation as visible from a slowdown in the demand for homes and the resultant decline in sales volumes.
Areas in Gurgaon saw the highest level of property price appreciation in the NCR. Between Jan-Mar 2010 and Jan-Mar 2011, the per square foot prices of properties on Sohna Road were up 46.1 per cent, DLF City Phase 4 were up 41.9 per cent and in Sector 57 were up
37 per cent.This increase in prices indicates that the sentiment in the sector has improved drastically since the slowdown.
