Rohan with AVREF

Rohan Builders has partnered with Avenue Venture Real Estate Fund (AVREF), a Mumbai-based domestic real estate fund, to develop a residential project in East Bengaluru. As per the transaction, AVREF has invested approximately Rs 55 crore in the company's project.
