Square Yards ties up with Horizon Concept

Property advisory firm Square Yards has joined hands with Horizon Concept to market a student accommodation project in Knowledge Park 3 in Greater Noida. The Orizzonte Bunk House project will offer 300 hostel apartments spread over 200 sq ft. The company claims to offer assured rentals of Rs 6,000 per month for 24 months and expects to deliver the project by 2018. Within the limits of this region is the Sharda University, Gautam Buddha University and Noida International University along with companies like HCL Technologies, Wipro and Infosys.
