Srinagar township project work to begin by year end

Work on the Srinagar integrated township project at Andhra Pradesh is likely to begin by the end of this year following the approval of the Detailed Project Report (DPR) by Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA). Developed by Ramky Infrastructure, the township, on 750 acre, will be executed in three phases. Of the total 750 acre, 200 acre belongs to HMDA while the remaining is private land. HMDA will get Rs 100 crore premium from the developer as part of the agreement.
