United Mercantile and Wyndham have tied up to develop 35 Howard Johnson Hotels in India. The company at present is working on four business models for expansion and will be investing Rs 1,800 crore.
It plans to open 20 properties of which six will be owned, 10 will be JVs while the rest four will be long lease models.
