Vascon to launch luxury housing project

Vascon Engineers is planning to launch its most ambitious residential project, Windermere in Pune. This 5 acre twin tower project will offer 3/4 BHK apartments and 5 BHK duplex. While the first tower, with 21 apartments, will consist of duplex; the 59-apartment second tower will house 3-4 BHK flats. With 3,000 sq ft area for 3 BHK apartments, 3,800 sq ft for 4 BHK apartments and 8,300 sq ft for the duplex.
