AAI showcases 29 airports in US

Airports Authority of India (AAI) showcased 29 metro and non-metro airports at the World Routes Development Forum in Chicago with an aim to enhance connectivity in different parts of the country. The annual Routes event attracted top representatives from a wide variety of organisations, including airlines and airports, who met, planned and conducted business for new global routes. This event enabled AAI and Bureau of Civil Aviation Security to create standards, specifications and testing procedures specific to Indian standards of aviation security and align it with international best practices for security equipment.
