AP directs officials to stick to metro deadline

Andhra Pradesh Government has asked officials to ensure that the Hyderabad metro rail project meets the deadline. The financial bids for the metro project are to be submitted in April and the new concessionaire is expected to be in place by May 2010. Ground works would be launched in November.
