An investment of US$ 290 mn has reportedly been confirmed by Adani Ports for a new container terminal at Yangon Port in Myanmar. The new terminal will have three berths totalling 635 m in length. Initially, during its first phase, the terminal will be able to handle 500,000 teu a year, with its capacity increasing to 800,000 teu in future.
