Amma Lines to set up Rs 6,000 cr port in WB

Amma Lines Ltd, belonging to the Mumbai-based Meka group, will set up a core deep sea port in West Bengal, in consortium with the West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation (WBIDC). The Rs 6,000 crore port will come up on 3,000 acre at Rosulpur in East Midnapore district. The draft length of the proposed port will be 12 m and it will have four berths in the first phase.
