BMC to widen, reconstruct two bridges

To ease traffic congestion at Ghatkopar-Mankhurd Link Road, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) will soon reconstruct and widen the existing two bridges at Children´s aid nullah and PMGP nullah. Owing to the narrow width of these two bridges, the link road faces traffic jam during peak hours. The civic body is set to spend Rs 17 crore on this project and the work is expected to be completed within two years.
