Bidding for 12 highway projects delayed

About 12 highway contracts of the Ministry of Road Transport have been delayed till January 2015. The projects add up to almost 1,500 km and are estimated to cost over Rs 20,000 crore. Since the projects designed for BOT modes did not receive any bids, they will be redesigned for bidding on the EPC mode.
