Coal India to invest in rail infra to avert supply delays

Kolkata based Coal India plans to invest in building railway lines and wagons in India in a bid to ensure timely supply of fossil fuel to customers. The company has identified four-five sections [for building railway lines] which will help in easing transportation of coal from some of its  
coalfields. It is also negotiating with the Indian Railways to arrange for at least ten additional wagons to clear the extra stocks lying in the company owing to inadequate transportation.
