Congress ROBs BJP of poll credit over bridge

With elections approaching, both Congress and BJP are in a race to claim credit for various works. Congress, the opposition party in Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) in Maharashtra opened the newly constructed railway overbridge (ROB) at Itwari in East Nagpur for traffic even as BJP-led ruling alliance claimed the bridge was not completed. The ROB is ninth of the total 19 projects that have been assigned under the Central Government´s JNNURM scheme.
