Delhi Metro likely to invite bids for phase-III in April
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation plans to invite global tenders in April for its proposed Phase-III expansion project which will add another 65 km to its network. The Phase-III project was approved in-principle by the Delhi Government in October and is expecting a final nod from the government in March or April 2011. The third phase is estimated to cost Rs 25,000 crore over a five year plan period.
