Electrification of Pune-Daund route top priority for railways

Central railway has accorded top priority to the electrification work between Pune-Daund. The proposal has been lying with the railway administration for the last four years. A loan proposal for this was sanctioned by the Asian Development Bank around six months back. The administration is planning to complete the work as early as possible.
