GMR Infrastructure´s subsidiary, DIAL, has shortlisted players for submitting financial bids to develop retail assets on nearly 23 acre at the Delhi airport. DIAL, a JV where GMR group is the majority stakeholder, is operating the airport in the national capital. Other stakeholders are the Airports Authority of India and Germany´s Fraport.
The proposal involves development of retail complex of over 2 mn sq feet at the land available with DIAL.
