GVK Group may file DHRP with SEBI for its airport vertical IPO

GVK Group, which operates Mumbai International Airport, may file a DRHP with SEBI for an IPO of its airports vertical. SBI has reportedly given an initial term sheet on the financial closure of the Navi Mumbai Airport project that the company has been awarded and clarity on the finances are expected to emerge soon.
